LEE (Learning English Electronically) is a computer-based educational program designed primarily for English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction. The goal of LEE is to help college-level adults with a moderate level of proficiency in English to recognize the structural patterns of the English language and develop their writing skills at the sentence level.

Dave's ESL Cafe has tips and hints for learning and teaching ESL, learning new idioms, online quizzes, links, and much more. This is a very popular web site for both teachers and students of ESL.

ESL-EFL Chatboard is dedicated to online discussions related to teaching English as a second language and English as a foreign language.

ESLoop Web Ring is a collection of sites relevant to English Language Teaching and Learning on the World-Wide Web. ESLoop was started in 1996 as a way to offer teachers and students of English a way to browse the internet for resources specific to English language teaching and learning. It contains fun and interesting sites for both students and teachers of English.
